I was very pleased with the service received from Mid-West Movers, from the planning and estimate process through the actual move on November 26. The men that met me at the Yorkville location were truly gentlemen. They were on time, polite, pleasant and accommodating from the beginning until they left me at the final destination with the move complete.

They were so professional, courteous, careful, and thorough that they might have been wearing white gloves for the whole affair. They quickly packed my apartment in the truck, then met me at Flair Tower. I had a meeting that I had to rush to, and left them with my trust that they would unload the truck into the apartment. Not only did they move everything into the apartment, but they moved boxes into the appropriate rooms, placed all my luggage and military gear IN THE CLOSET, and ensured with the front-desk staff to lock my door. Planning an Event?
I was the site coordinator for our Artisan Market that was held over a two day period. Your staff moved furniture, set up rental tables, and arranged the space to our specifications on Friday, then restored the space to its original condition on Monday morning.
The fellows were a pleasure to work with. They cheerfully positioned and repositioned as I changed my mind, and were totally professional and efficient throughout the process. I hope that I can work with them again next year. Irene N.
