    Absolutely highly recommend Midwest Moving & Storage! Eric in the office was incredibly reliable and timely with replies, very kind and understanding too! They helped with a last minute move I had to make and made the whole process easy and hands off. They arrived to my apt at 9:15am and were completely done by 11:30.     We had a really positive experience with Mid West Moving & Storage. Moving from Chicago to Glen Ellyn with a baby under one year old meant we had a lot more than just furniture to think about, and the crew made the entire process feel manageable.

They were especially careful with our daughter’s furniture, crib, and belongings, along with several delicate and specialty pieces throughout the house. Everything was wrapped and protected thoroughly, and nothing felt rushed. You could tell they cared about getting our belongings to our new home safely, not just getting the job done quickly.

    Mid-west moving has an amazing team of hard workers! Shak and his crew Gary, Nasaa, Battugs and Enkherdene barely even stopped when taking a break in 90 plus degree weather all day! I was sweating, just watching them work. We have moved many of times and this unpack was definitely one of the fastest, cleanest and most  courteous of them all. That was 100% due to the team. Even when they ran into mechanical issues with the truck the operations coordinator, Dan was on top of it and very infomative. And Shak called with a 30 minute eta as soon as the truck was back on the road. I can't speak any more highly regarding this team of workers and their professionalism. My house is back to normal and not a mess of boxes! Unfortunately, some of our items did arrive broken, damanged or missing. However, this is the struggle with moving and cannot be attributed to them. There was an entirely different company who packed and loaded at our previous residence.
